皇家墨尔本理工大学(RMIT)，是一所位于澳大利亚墨尔本的公立研究型大学。由Francis Ormond于1887年创立，RMIT最初是一所提供艺术、科学和技术课程的夜校，以应对澳大利亚的工业革命，在1992年与菲利普理工学院合并成为一所公立大学之前。
它曾是一所私立学院，长达一百多年，拥有约87000名高等和职业教育学生的入学人数，是澳大利亚最大的双元制教育机构。它的年收入约为13亿澳元，也是澳大利亚最富有的大学之一。
该校被Quacquarelli Symonds（QS）评为五星级大学，在QS世界大学排名中，该校的艺术和设计学科在世界排名第11位，是澳大利亚最顶尖的艺术和设计大学。
皇家墨尔本理工大共有5个校区分别是：
皇家墨尔本理工大学City校区，皇家墨尔本理工大学Bundoora校区，皇家墨尔本理工大学Point Cook 校区，皇家墨尔本理工大学Hamilton校区，RMIT皇家墨尔本理工大学新加坡SIM校区（RMIT-SIM）。
其中不伦瑞克设计区皇家墨尔本理工大学不伦瑞克校区位于中央商务区以北 6 公里处，坐落在充满活力和创意的悉尼路区，乘坐公共交通和汽车即可轻松抵达。
主校区设在澳大利亚第二大城市——滨海之都墨尔本市，同时学校在西班牙和越南也设有校区和学习中心。学校在设计和艺术领域一直处于世界领先地位，教育、工程、计算机科学与信息系统、建筑、传播与媒体研究专业都同样优越于澳洲其它高等院校。
步行10分钟即可到达城市校区，25分钟的电车或火车可到达Brunswick校区。位于墨尔本市中心，周围有许多商店和娱乐场所。房间类型包括单人公寓和多人公寓，均设有私人卧室。
步行4分钟即可到达城市校区，25分钟的电车或火车可到达Brunswick校区。靠近城市校区，提供带双人床的单人公寓或多人公寓，配备私人浴室，小厨房和学习区。设有室外露台，还配备24小时健身房、健身中心和公共休息室等设施。
步行5分钟即可到达城市校区，30分钟有轨电车可到达Brunswick校区。位于城市校区附近。房间类型包括单人公寓和多人公寓，配备现代化的设施，可享受城市景观。
步行5分钟即可到达城市校区，25分钟有轨电车可到达Brunswick校区。位于市中心，可以到墨尔本的巷道、商店和咖啡馆进行探店打卡。房间类型包括单人公寓、双人公寓、多人公寓。
步行2分钟即可到达城市校区，25分钟的电车或火车可到达Brunswick校区。公寓就在城市校区的马路对面，提供单人间和双人间，配有双人床，私人浴室，小厨房和学习区。公寓楼内配备健身中心和公共休息室。
步行5分钟到城市校区，20分钟的电车或火车可到达Brunswick校区。公寓位于市中心，靠近城市校区，咖啡馆，购物中心和公共交通。

完成高中学历，可凭借高考分或国际成绩申请，均分要求达到75-80分以上；
语言要求
雅思总分最低6.5分且单项不低于6.0分；或托福IBT总分最低92分且单项不低于20分。
